Lindsay leads the customer and strategy team within ESB Networks’ Distribution Markets & System Operation Design (DMSO) function. This team is responsible for empowering customers to proactively manage their energy use by delivering innovative flexible demand products and services. They also drive the implementation of non-wires capacity solutions, enhance network continuity, and enable greater community and market participation.
