Danny is an MBA educated Chartered Accountant and Head of Corporate Finance and Climate Change & Sustainability at Warrington Borough Council.
Danny is an expert in treasury management, capital accounting, programme management, transformation, regeneration, governance, climate change and the commercialisation agenda. He has recently led on a number of cutting edge Climate Change projects.
These include developing out 3 hybrid solar farms at a cost of over £100m one of which supplies the Council with its electricity needs, developing a Social Impact Investment Fund and issuing the first ESG Municipal Bond in a generation. Together will helping design and implement the UK’S first Climate Change MBA degree programme at Strathclyde University
