Joe Duignan

Joe Duignan is the Regulation and Commercial Manager of ESB Networks. With over 20 years’ experience in the energy sector, spanning electricity generation and distribution, Joe has spent a number of these years working internationally. His current role includes responsibility for both policy development and implementation, with a particular focus on renewable electricity and the transition to a clean electric future.
