Dave works at the intersection of government, industry and the electricity sector to help shape the policies needed to deliver Ireland’s clean energy transition.
He leads Wind Energy Ireland’s policy and research functions, working closely with government departments, regulators, system operators and industry stakeholders to develop practical, evidence-based solutions that accelerate the deployment of onshore and offshore wind energy. His work focuses on translating ambitious climate and energy objectives into deliverable policy that supports a clean, secure and affordable electricity system.
Beyond his role at Wind Energy Ireland, Dave is a non-executive director of Energy Cloud, supporting innovative energy-sharing solutions that address energy poverty.
