Michael led the development of the recently published Regional and Local EV Charging Network Plan. This plan provides a pathway for delivery of public electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure at destination and residential Neighbourhood areas.
Michael studied Civil Engineering in Queens University Belfast and graduated in 2001 and has previously worked in local authorities for 20 years where he led multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of a range of projects including social housing schemes, urban regeneration projects, and EV Infrastructure projects.
