Stacy Feldmann

Stacy is a seasoned energy professional with 15+ years’ experience in this sector. She began her career in the Commission for Regulation of Utilities. She cut her teeth in the old SEM market and gained a grounding in the regulation of this sector. In Ofgem for the subsequent 7 years, the focus was RIIO-ED1, which was an innovation in economic regulation; incentive design, customers’ and connections, gas theft and growth of IDNOs. Returning home to Ireland, Stacy has been pleased to join the private energy sector. First, in SSE from 2018 to 2025, and now most recently in ESB, covering wholesale regulation in Ireland and GB including system services, capacity market, the new ISEM, ORESS and offshore process in GB. As chair of EAI since 2022, Stacy has been privileged to forge and deliver key industry messages around market reform and design, interconnector development and treatment of large energy users.
