Vince has his own consultancy practise and works closely with ICAEW, SCSI and RICS members to provide accounting and advisory services in real estate. He is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor (MRICS and MSCSI) a Chartered Accountant (Fellow) (FCA) and a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) and one of the leading experts in property development and real estate finance. He has had over 25 years’ experience of the construction and property markets in Ireland, the UK and internationally
Vince is the current Vice Chair of the Sustainability Group of the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland and also represents the SCSI on the CEPI (EU Real Estate Association) as a PTP member and Chair of the Energy Task Force. He is Vice Chair of the North and East Housing Association.
