John Dolan is a Chartered Engineer who has worked in both the private and public sector with over 35 years’ experience. He is a Technical Manager in the Planning and Building Unit working collectively for the delivery of the School Building Programme.
He heads the Climate Action, Planning and Capital Appraisal Unit which provides strategic oversight and input to the planning & appraisal aspects of the school building programme along with strategic planning and implementation of the Department’s Climate Agenda including trajectory, research programmes and delivery methodologies.
