Stephen is the senior manager of the Emissions Statistics team in the Climate Programme within the EPA’s Office of Evidence and Assessment. Stephen and his team produce Greenhouse gas and Air Pollutant Inventories and Projections to meet EU and UN legal requirements as well as to support National users and policy makers. Stephen has an MSc in Mathematics from the University of Galway and an MSc in Economic Policy Studies from Trinity College Dublin
