Drawing on her experience in aircraft leasing, banking and finance, Tracy challenged the current thinking in the energy sector and came up with a compelling new approach to delivering energy efficiency upgrades. Vivid Edge’s comprehensive platform allows businesses to outsource their entire energy efficiency journey, from identifying energy waste through businesses case development, implementation and ongoing management and reporting. Tracy is a Fellow of Cartier International Women’s Initiative for female impact entrepreneurs and a Fellow of Barclays Unreasonable global programme for entrepreneurs, in recognition of Vivid Edge’s innovation and impact founded from a desire to bring innovation, purpose and impact to the core of her work life. The company won ESG Finance Award 2022 and was a finalist at Irish Times Innovation Awards 2021.
